Very helpful with the initial consultation, great to sit down with someone who is knowledgeable and helpful and also nice to see physical samples to get an idea of what the ring might look like. Once the order was placed it was very quick and efficient, the only negative was not receiving updates closer to finishing to give a more precise delivery date. This ring was for our 30th wedding anniversary and my wife was over the moon. The ring is beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Thank you :-)
