Avoid this place, especially after arriving by boat.

This establishment is a complete scam; I strongly recommend steering clear, particularly if you've just come off a boat. The crown of light diamond is available from multiple vendors. I felt cheated when I discovered the actual price online.

This is a rip off place stay away especially coming off a boat. Crown of light diamond is sold by several people. Basically robbed me when I saw the real price on the internet.

I bought a bracket for my birthday

I bought a bracket for my birthday. It had broke one in a month and got it back! Broke again within 2 weeks. It is lost. What a nightmare. It was in mail more than I got to wear it. I only had it 3 months. Terrible!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

If I could give Diamonds International zero stars, I would. This company is an absolute disgrace — and the fact that they operate onboard Disney Cruise Line makes it even more alarming.I purchased a $15,000 piece of jewelry onboard a Disney ship, and the entire experience has been one lie, contradiction, and excuse after another. Diamonds International continues to rely on a “signed” document that they cannot produce through DocuSign, cannot verify, and cannot show ANY digital trail for. They produced multiple versions of the supposed contract — none of which match — and not a single one was ever sent to me by text, email, DocuSign, or any other method. Why? Because it doesn’t exist. They also claimed they shipped certification for the jewelry. What actually happened? They sent me a tracking number showing a package delivered to a door that isn’t even mine. The FedEx photo is clearly a completely different property. No signature required, no confirmation, nothing. They simply checked a box and expected me to accept it.Every time I asked for clarity, the story changed. They are the greatest gas lighters in history! They blamed the ship staff. Then they blamed “company policy.” Then they blamed DocuSign. Then they blamed me. At no point did anyone take accountability for the inconsistent paperwork, the nonexistent certification, or the constant misrepresentations.Their customer service is rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to address the facts. Today, I was told by Gregory M that they “no longer wish to engage” — which is an incredible stance to take after months of providing misleading information and failing to resolve anything.Diamonds International behaves like a company hoping customers will give up out of exhaustion. They hide behind fake policies, inconsistent documents, and empty promises. They absolutely do not operate with integrity, honesty, or basic accountability.I am now pursuing remedies through Disney Cruise Line Legal, Disney Corporate, the Florida Attorney General, and my financial institution. No one should ever have to fight this hard over something that should have been simple and straightforward.DO NOT BUY from Diamonds International. Not on a cruise ship. Not in port. Not anywhere.Protect your money — and your sanity — by staying far, far away from this company.

⚠️ Public Warning for Tourists Buying…

⚠️ Public Warning for Tourists Buying Jewelry in the CaribbeanThis is the new generation — a generation of cheaters. Don’t be their next target. My wife and I bought a $25,000 Rolex from Diamonds International in Saint Martin during a Royal Caribbean “Icon of the Seas” cruise. We trusted the staff completely — even took pictures with them. My wife asked the manager, Amit, if we could return the watch in the U.S. if there were any issues. He said yes, since they have stores in Orlando, Florida. After returning home to New York, we noticed a big red “Final Sale” stamp above my signature — something we were never made aware of. When I filed a complaint with the BBB, a representative named Ms. Caroline in Florida said she had video proof but refused to share it or give the legal team’s contact information, claiming they “don’t speak directly with customers.”I’ve now started legal action to ensure this matter is handled properly.⸻💬 Common Consumer Complaints About Diamonds International• Overpricing: Many consumers report that jewelry is significantly overpriced, with independent appraisals showing values far below what they paid.• High-Pressure Sales: Shoppers frequently describe aggressive and misleading sales tactics, often tied to cruise ship shopping programs promoting the stores.• Quality and Durability Issues: Numerous complaints mention diamonds falling out of settings or pieces showing defects soon after purchase.• Difficulty with Returns/Refunds: Customers often face obstacles or delays when requesting refunds — and are sometimes offered only partial credits despite promises of full refunds.• Resale Value Concerns: The company’s trademarked “Crown of Light” diamond cut is widely believed to have poor resale value compared to standard cuts.• Legal Action: Diamonds International has faced lawsuits for alleged unfair and deceptive sales practices.⸻🚨 Warning to all travelers: Be extremely cautious when buying jewelry in the Caribbean. Always read every line of your contract before signing, and make sure all promises — especially return and refund policies — are in writing.Don’t rely on words. Protect yourself and your hard-earned money.

Consumer Warning: Misleading Sales Practice at Diamonds International (St. Maarten)

My husband and I visited a Diamonds International store in St. Maarten during our Royal Caribbean cruise and purchased a Rolex watch for $25,000. Before finalizing the purchase, we specifically asked about their return policy. The store manager, Amit, assured us that we could return the watch at any Diamonds International location in the United States if needed. However, upon returning home, we discovered that the receipt had a “FINAL SALE” stamp—which was not visible at the time of signing. It appears this stamp was added afterward, effectively voiding any right to return or exchange the item. This was a clear misrepresentation and deceptive business practice. We are deeply disappointed and want to warn other travelers and cruise passengers to be extremely cautious when making high-value purchases at Diamonds International. Always double-check your receipts before signing and record or document all assurances made by sales staff.

⚠️ PUBLIC NOTICE & CONSUMER WARNING

⚠️ PUBLIC NOTICE & CONSUMER WARNING: DIAMONDS INTERNATIONAL ⚠️Documented Pattern of Misrepresentation, Bad Faith Conduct & Refusal to Honor ObligationsBased on my personal experience and the extensive history of similar complaints, I strongly advise consumers to avoid Diamonds International:• ❌ Do NOT trust their sales pitches• ❌ Do NOT rely on verbal assurances• ❌ Do NOT expect transparency or cooperation when issues arise• ❌ Do NOT assume they will act in good faithTheir conduct reflects a serious breakdown of ethical, professional, and legal obligations to consumers.⚠️ Summary of Events: $25,000 Rolex Purchase With Serious IssuesDuring a Royal Caribbean Icon of the Seas cruise, my wife and I purchased a $25,000 Rolex from Diamonds International in St. Maarten. Upon returning home to New York, I noticed a large red “Final Sale” stamp above my signature—something I was never informed of at the time of purchase. Consequently, I requested a lawful refund.Diamonds International assigned Ms. Caroline, Customer Experience Manager (Florida), to the case.Instead of resolving the issue, Diamonds International engaged in conduct that raises serious legal and ethical concerns:• Claimed to possess video evidence of the transaction• Refused to provide the video• Refused to supply legal-department contact information• Refused to engage in good-faith negotiations• Attempted to enforce terms I never agreed toThis behavior is evasive, nontransparent, and inconsistent with good-faith performance under standard contract and consumer-protection law.⚖️ Legal Analysis1️⃣ No Contract Exists — Lack of Mutual AssentUnder U.S. contract law, a valid settlement requires mutual assent (both parties agreeing to the same terms). My clearly stated condition:“I will remove all social-media posts after the $25,000 refund is issued.”Diamonds International’s response:“Diamonds International does not agree to any modifications of the settlement agreement.”Therefore:• No agreement exists• No contract was formed• Any claim of a “settlement” is legally void due to failure of mutual assentThis is fundamental contract law.2️⃣ Withholding Evidence = Bad Faith ConductA company that claims to possess transaction evidence but refuses to produce it is acting contrary to:• The implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing• Fundamental principles of business transparency• Reasonable consumer-expectation standards• Standard dispute-resolution practicesSuch withholding raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of their internal processes.3️⃣ Publicly Documented Pattern of Consumer ComplaintsDiamonds International holds a C+ rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), reflecting a documented pattern of complaints, including:• Misrepresentation of merchandise• Inflated pricing for inferior or misgraded items• High-pressure, aggressive sales tactics• Verbal promises later denied or contradicted• Failure to provide documentation or evidence• Resistance to lawful refund requests• Refusal to negotiate in good faithMy experience aligns directly with this documented pattern.⚠️ Public Consumer AdvisoryBased on:• My personal experience• Diamonds International’s refusal to provide evidence• Diamonds International’s refusal to provide legal contact information• Their refusal to negotiate in good faith• Publicly documented BBB complaintsI am issuing this formal warning to all potential customers:• ❌ Do NOT purchase jewelry from Diamonds International• ❌ Do NOT rely on verbal statements or “guarantees”• ❌ Do NOT expect transparency, accountability, or fair dealing• ❌ Do NOT assume they will honor refund obligations or provide requested evidenceThis company’s conduct demonstrates a clear pattern of unethical, unprofessional, and bad-faith business practices that consumers must be aware of.

Please do NOT purchase anything from…

Please do NOT purchase anything from this company. They are a scam business. Their jewelry is very cheaply made. I bought a diamond ring for over $11,000.within a week the big diamond fell off. I contacted customer service and they told me I can only get store credit. The company website states if less than 30 days you can get a complete refund. Customer service is not helpful at all. Long story short go to zales or Jared’s. This company deserves to go bankrupt.

There is a reason these peeps have such a low review. they are a high-pressure outfit that know you are on a boat and having a great time and not particularly looking for jewelry. So they try every tactic to sell you cheap, overpriced junk. Also, know that they do not have a return policy-only exchange or credit. I wonder why! any legit jeweler will let you return your purchase for a refund for a certain period if you are not happy. These people took advantage of my SO. DO NOT LET THEM TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
