Absolutely terrible scam company do not go near. The pick up point is outside the airport (Lanzarote) and requires a shuttle bus ride. There you will be met with aggressive sales tactics trying to sell you over priced insurance. You will be asked to take pictures of any scratches on the car, a most unusual request in my experience. If you miss one of the scratches you will have a claim made against you. It is obvious they are making multiple claims for the same scratches. Under no circumstances should you rent a car from this company.

On 7 February at approximately 20:00, the vehicle became completely immobilised due to a 12-volt battery failure. The roadside technician confirmed the issue was maintenance-related and required an external battery starter.
I contacted the official assistance number as required by the contract:
~20 minutes on hold before first response
Advised recovery would arrive within 30–40 minutes
No recovery arrived
Later informed no tow trucks were available
Vehicle recovered only around 12:00 the following day
Total loss of use: approximately 17 hours.
The following morning I was told a taxi would collect me within 30 minutes to obtain a replacement vehicle. After waiting over 40 minutes with no communication, I called again and was informed the taxi had been cancelled due to excessive waiting time — without notifying me. I therefore arranged and paid for my own taxi (€98.20, 60.2 km).
When collecting the replacement vehicle, I was charged €237 for towing/recovery, despite the breakdown being maintenance-related.

If everything functions normally, the rental may appear competitively priced. However, based on this experience, the breakdown handling, communication, and post-incident resolution process fell significantly below reasonable consumer expectations.
The company charged me for a missing rear shelf, that I am sure was missing when we rented the car. But I cannot prove it. I photographed everything else. The friendly version of this is that their processes are broken and they do not capture damages well enough. The more suspicious version is, that they do this on purpose, it is part of the business model. I have had issues with them in the past .. .and after this I will definitely remember never to use them again.
The airport transfer was quick, but the nearly one-hour wait to collect the car at the desk was frustrating. The office in Lisbon should consider adding self-service screens, as the staff struggled to manage the situation effectively, spending too much time with some customers while the queues grew longer.
I rented a car for a week. The vehicle itself was acceptable, but I received low tire pressure warnings starting on the third day and noticed the pressure decreasing throughout the week. After returning the car, I was charged an additional 300 EUR (compared to the original 130 EUR cost) because I used regular unleaded fuel instead of diesel, despite not being informed that it needed to be diesel. This was the worst rental experience I have ever had.
Unethical pricing practices and shameless behavior. AVOID renting a car from this service. They declined to inspect my vehicle upon return and then charged me for preexisting damage on a car that was already damaged when I rented it. The staff was pushy, lacking charm, and almost aggressive.
My experience with this car rental service was very unsatisfactory. I reserved a vehicle through a booking platform for 8 days, prepaying £130 for an Omoda 5. Upon arrival to collect the car, I was informed that the reserved vehicle was unavailable, and I would be provided with a similar option instead. The major issue arose when they requested €242/£242 for insurance—an amount that seemed exorbitant, as I initially thought it was for a full year. To my astonishment, this was just for the 8-day rental. When I declined, they proposed a 'cheaper' alternative: €71 plus a €1200 deposit, warning that any minor issue could lead to the entire deposit being withheld. This felt entirely unreasonable and lacked transparency. Ultimately, I felt compelled to pay the €242 to avoid the risk of losing €1200. This experience reflected a significant lack of honesty and an attempt to exploit customers who are already in a vulnerable position after traveling. I would not recommend this rental service. They must be clear about their insurance policies and refrain from surprising customers with excessive last-minute fees.
All went perfectly. We rented a vehicle in a location near Milan, Italy. The entire process was seamless, from reserving the vehicle online, to taking the shuttle service from the airport to the garage, to picking up the car. We even received an upgrade to a high-end brand new model (it still had the factory stickers on) for just 5 euros per day. I did have to pay for insurance (which was expected, around 72€) and a gas deposit (69€), but it was reimbursed within a few days since we refueled before returning. Everything was transparent, with no hidden fees.
This company is a scam. We rented a car in Mallorca, but on our last day, the vehicle wouldn’t start due to a key fob issue. After contacting roadside assistance, we left the car and took a taxi to the airport. We attempted to reach out for our deposit return, but received no response for a week. After escalating the issue, we received a partial refund with no explanation and they have since taken more money from my account. We are now pursuing this with our bank and consumer protection services. This business should be avoided at all costs!
