I have been working with Digital Fyre since 2012 or 2013 when I moved from GoDaddy. I was nervous at first but the DigitalFyre Team was responsive to all of my questions and made the transition so smooth that no one knew that there had been a change and it has been this smooth everytime there has been an update.Over the years, the Team has always communicated with me prior to any changes and updates and believe me over the past 12+ years with all of the changes in the IT / web support environment and securityrequirements, I have been through several. Every step of the way, Ahmed and team have been very knowledgeable about the required updates and changes that were needed for my business and when I needed additonal security and reports. The speed has never been an issue and the hosting has been superb - in all of the years I only had 1 issue with my website being down and it was an error on my side which the Team was able to figure out and correct in a short amount of time and get me back up running and prevent me from making that error again. The Administrative Dashbooard site is easy to use and communication and tickets system is simple and very responsive. I would recommend DigitalFyre to any business who is looking for a team member for their webhosting, domains, email and VPS with their dedicated servers, the support is superb. The security that is offered allows me to have a confidence that my domain, email and site is protected for all of my business requirements and needs - I can not recommend the team enough.
