Not it's not.
Everything seems ok at first. They ask you to upload a few photos. Then they ask for your email address. Fair enough. Only then do they tell you that you have to pay.

The service is impressively fast, but I expected some AI enhancements for the shadowing in the image. I didn't realize it was just a color update. I wish I could do more with the photo. I'm not sure if that's an option here.
I do not recognize this company, but it seems I inadvertently signed up for a 99p weekly trial without my consent. A week later, $49.99 was withdrawn from my account. It's concerning that information regarding refunds, complaints, and how to unsubscribe is only found on the webpage linked in the notification email. It’s not straightforward to unsubscribe, and I doubt I will receive a response from the company. I have contacted my bank, and the fraud team is currently investigating.
The subscription policy is not transparent and only becomes evident after payment is processed. I reached out to the support team right away and did not utilize the service, yet they denied my refund request and cited their policies. The volume of similar complaints indicates this is a common issue, rather than an individual error. This service seems to value profit over customer satisfaction.
This has been an incredibly disappointing experience with the service. I was assigned a ride that required me to pick up a customer 6 miles away and drop them off 33 miles later, for just $20.87—around $0.50 per mile. I drive a standard vehicle, and the system is designed so that drivers can’t earn more than approximately $22 per hour. It's disheartening and very frustrating while completing rides. The platform displays a per-hour rate instead of providing fair compensation. It deducts significant amounts for service fees and taxes, while customers are charged substantially more. Unfortunately, customers tend to tip poorly. This feels akin to a job with no respect for the drivers. For cancellations, the compensation is only $2–$3, yet the platform retains all the funds from the customer. Additionally, customers often arrive late, but the time spent waiting isn’t compensated. Overall, this job is incredibly frustrating.
This is an excellent application. The introductory offer is quite fair, although the monthly fee feels a bit high. It really hinges on your needs and if you're prepared to invest in the pricier monthly subscription, but the introductory trial is very affordable.
