I will not shop with Digital ID again due to the poor customer service and attitude given for a failed delivery that arrived 3 days later rather than overnight. Poor show blaming Cornovirus and delivery drivers as we are all living with the knock on effects of this.
Just had one of the best B2B experiences of the year with Digital ID, with thanks to Sarah who helped on live chat and then by phone.Refreshing not to be recommended to the most expensive option. She helped us select the correct printer based on usage. I actually specified a slightly higher budget on the phone, but she still recommended the best deal for us at the best quality/value.Really couldn't recommend the website experience and product range enough, and with confidence in the team behind the scenes, it's the perfect combination.
Awful caused us to let our customer down due to a promised next day delivery, which never turned up and still isn't dispatched some 48 hours later.Web site needs updating to not be displaying a next day service if you order within 2 hours, if they cannot fulfill it.
Placed an order on a Weds expecting one-day delivery. Chased the order the following Tues and was told I would receive the dispatch confirmation within the hour for delivery the next day. Chased again on the Thursday only to be told that the stock levels on their website were wrong and they don't have stock of the item after all. A waste of a week.
