We recently placed a time-sensitive order with Digital ID and were supported throughout by Ben Edwards, who went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track. Despite a few moving parts and some tight turnaround requirements, Ben kept us updated and coordinated with multiple teams to ensure our cards would be delivered on time. Excellent communication, friendly service, and a very efficient resolution. Would happily recommend both Ben Edwards and Digital ID.

I was a returning customer. I only realised that my order 150 event badges wasn't delivered until 2 business days before the event. Upon checking, the Account Manager had no clue at 9am on Friday 4th July when I called her. I asked her can she urgently get back to me within an hour to give me the status but she never called and by the time I called their office it was too late. I found the MD's # and email and contacted him but he said they cannot do anything since it is the weekend already but will do his best do find out where our badges is. I purchased a printer as I didn't have one that could print these badges. Asked my designer to change the design lay out after purchasing paper cards for printing. Printer more than 50 but it just didn't work over the weekend. On Monday 7th July called the Account Manager who said that the badge is at Parcelforce and they are trying to redeliver it. I said no let me go and pick it up myself. Even then the agent instead of being positive said she doesn't think that Parcelforce will give me the badges but I did get my badges. Upon review (1) Parcelforce never left a missing letter twice when they were not able to deliver in the last 2 weeks (2) biggest flaw in DigitalID process, they never shared with me the tracking number. Even when I had issues on Monday they sent me delivery attempts made and cut everything else as though there was some secret they were trying to hide. Lack of ownership! Secondly I ordered a paper badge and the badge size was bigger but I received a smaller size and it was plastic. So the prints I did of name badges had to be folded to the back. It just didn't look good. When I am trying to promote sustainability at our events, this plastic badges were a disaster. I will never use them again! I hope I will get my refund and not future credit.
I have once again had such a pleasant transaction. This company, and I mention BEN EDWARDS in particular, has one of the best customer service and aftersales. Always available on the telephone for technical help and most recemtly, assistance for my order. Rapid delivery as well. Highly recommended.
Got a pleasant call from Ben Edwards from digital ID, to see how things are going with the kit I got a year ago. (Very refreshing to get a personal call rather than a standard email.) Just to remind me that there’s always ongoing 121 support for all aspects a simple call away. Always a great service with this company. Can’t recommend highly enough.
