Placed an order that was showing in stock, finally received 6 weeks later. tried to phone many times(got fed up listening to the same George Ezra song). Tried to email many times, finally was lucky with online chat.Poor communication unfortunately, had to buy elsewhere whilst waiting.
I have ordered a easybadge ribbon and been given a 2 week delivery date. After waiting 2 weeks, received another email with extra 1 month delivery date. This is a joke, we cannot wait 2 months for ribbon to be delivered. Not recommending this company to but from.
Just bought an ID Card printer and it turned up but a couple of cables were missing. I emailed Digital ID and they responded to my email pretty much straight after I hit the send button! The correspondence between us has been lightning fast and their customer service has been superb. They are sending the parts imminently and I cannot praise them highly enough for how good they have been.
