Jack Stanway was outstanding at dealing with the issues we raised with our ID printer. He offered step by step instructions on what to do but unfortunately they didn't work with the software I was using... However, he then provided an alternative and was nothing but helpful the whole time. Thanks Jack!! :)

I needed a card printer for a deadline and purchased one from this company. Only then to be told that they were having problems with their ordering system so huge delay meaning I missed the deadline.YOU NEED TO CHECK BEFORE PURCHASE THAT THEY CAN FULFILL THE ORDERMy gripe is that they should have said they could not fulfill the order before I paid for the item. Upon reviewing the reviews it appeared they had been experiencing problems for weeks.I purchased a printer ribbon with the printer, this turned out to be the wrong printer ribbon costing £70 so now have to buy a new one because it was not compatible. Really poor. Wish I'd not purchased this printer from them. The whole order is now costing me over £800 just to print some ID cards for my staff.
I’ve not purchased yet, just made an enquiry for a magicard part. I used live chat which was answered immediately by Olivia. A human. My question required a check and was promised a response via email. This happened shortly after. Decent to see a company do what they say and me not needing to chase them.
