My experience with this company and Rachel has been extremely good. Rachel has been so supportive since we purchased our device and has kept in touch to make sure that everything works well etc. The product we purchased is a great size so we can put this away safely and it meets all our needs. I would highly recommend this company and Rachel.

One of our machines is not working, says it needs cleaning and despite performing the cleaning process it is still not working. Reported to Digital ID over a week ago, been emailing them for nearly a week with numerous chasing emails and still not resolved. No response to emails, and tried calling technical team and customer service this morning and no one picked up the phone. Awful service, avoid!!
