Appalling service

First time using this company & will not be using again !! ordered some products on 1st Nov and was told the lead time was 20 days , after one week my order wasn`t processed so the lead time had already increased was then told 4-6 weeks I have now had an update saying 17.12.24. Not good enough !!! phoned up previously about this & fobbed off , appalling customer service

University Of Worcester | Feedback

We have been in contract with Digital ID for just over a year. They have helped us to refine our ID card printing systems with the implementation of CardExchange and the provision of replacement ID card printers.Digital ID have also provided new services to the University such as bureau printing, onsite printer servicing and ongoing support for CardExchange and Stand.We have had regular and effective communication with Digital ID as our working relationship has progressed and we are very satisfied with the services that they have provided to the University so far.
