This is about there redemption process which they advertise that they do instant redemptions. This all started yesterday when I put in a redemption request that I thought was going to be fast and easy or instant and which it was none of those at all im actually still waiting for it now over 24 hours. They emailed me not long after I did the request asking for a picture of the card the first 6 digita and the last 3 or 4 and a picture of me holding that said debit card to which I did exactly what they asked of me, thinking that this would het my redemption processed then and over with but again nope they say that they are still reviewing the request and yet there are staff on telegram telling me to use a lil of the redemption to play and win more saying to cancel it basically to play with it and stay the whe process over. I know that alot of social casinos do this tactic so that you will get impatient and play and lose the winnings. Why do they advertise for instant redemptions but they dont even come close to that since im going on 28 hrs and its a very small amount im redeeming.

Verification was easy and I made a successful redemption of $100.14 that was deposited only 6 min after I put in my request. Straight to my cashapp debit card. However, my following redemption requests are now being rejected so im not sure whats going on.

This site is a complete joke when it comes to redemptions. Like they says they do instant redemptions on their website-well, they lie. 100% They are all sooo nice when you hit them up to ask them wtf is going on .. like annoyingly nice. And then after a while you start to realize they are all just giving you scripted BS 'answers' that aren't actually in any way answering the questions you ask them. And then another few days goes by without your winnings being put into your account.. so you decide to try and contact them again , and guess what? Somehow you traveled back in time - because they are going to give you the SAME run around, bs, non-answer answers that they have already given you, I cannot believe that they are even up and functioning still. They have to be screwing people over left and right. I think someone needs to turn them into the FTC. I mean shoot, I think I will in fact. 👍🏼👋🏼🫵🏼👎🏼✌🏼

Everything had been going well with this site. I've redeemed a handful of times and after verification everything was fairly smooth, up until now. All of a sudden my account gets flagged because I used a public wifi and the IP that was assigned to me was used by someone else to create an account and now that other account has to be verified in order for me to be able to redeem again. Customer service was no help. When I asked Scarlet Thompson how I would prove it was a public WIFI her response was "how ever you can" wow! Thanks for nothing! Worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. Play elsewhere if you expect to redeem every time once your account has been verified, if redemption doesn't bother you or rude Customer service is your thing then play here.

Let's see, where do I even begin? They were wonderful when I first signed up on there platform. I was able to redeem a few times and if I lost my deposits they would give me an awesome no deposit bonus. As time went on playing on there it got worse and worse. They come up with excuses of why you can't redeem any amount over 100sc. Recently one of there slots decided to literally take my entire balance when I hit a big win and it took my balance to 0 without me even hitting the spin button. I told this to livechat and they told me that everything looks normal and it was just a "visual glitch". My jaw dropped when they told me that ha cause im pretty sure it wasn't a visual glitch. I'd stay away from this platform cause it's a total SCAM!

3. Play honestly and not try to rig the system

Dimesweeps is 100% trustworthy! SO MANY games, and big hits too!

I had a few problems getting a redemption to go through, customer service was SO fast at helping and as soon as all my documents were submitted as requested, the redemption hit my account literally in seconds!

UPDATE- They Sent my money after the compliance team reviewed it. They Deserve 5 stars if they can keep the redemption process easy .

Enjoyable games but frustrating redemption process

The games are enjoyable, but my problem lies with the redemption process; I've seen so many positive reviews about instant redemption, yet when it was my turn, it was a different story. I've submitted everything except a pint of blood, and I'm still hoping today will be my lucky day. I continue to add funds because I enjoy the games... Good luck to others; I hope you have a better experience with redemption! Unfortunately, today hasn’t been my lucky day, and I feel like I’ve been scammed!

Terrible redemption experience, highly discouraged

The redemption wait time is absolutely unacceptable. I would never suggest this casino to anyone; it's a complete joke. I've been waiting for over a week for my instant redemption, and they just keep giving me the runaround. This has been the worst experience of my life, and I will not be coming back. I plan to reach out to the gaming commission and consumer protection agencies.
