Don’t ever buy a round trip ticket on a ferry in this app. Because if you try to cancel the return the app will tell you you can not because the trip is already underway, even if you are more than 2 hours ahead of the boarding time. I tried from the night before. I got no timely response to my query, they ignored the details I provided, and these were 3 expensive ferry tickets purchased with “cancellation protection” which obviously is a waste of money. DFP191144077 I have talked to customer support more than once but they never seem to understand what I was saying. I am happy to direct ferries has noticed this review so fingers crossed!Updated December 2: I was promised a response by the end of November but did not receive one. Reading through all the reviews for this app I see many people have the exact same complaint as mine. I would say other people’s advice to buy directly from the ferry companies is Good and I will not be using this app again
The check-in process was a terrible experience. The service provided by the two Turkish women at the counter was shockingly bad — they had the worst attitude I've ever encountered. While the ferry itself was on time and ran as scheduled, there was nothing special about the ship or the trip overall. Honestly, it wasn’t worth the effort to travel from Kos to Turkey.
