Should be closed down.I had not even heard of them but someone was using my email address to set up an account I reported the fraud but sadly Discord support couldn’t t care less and actually I feel we’re on the side of the scammer and did not want the account deleted.Disgusting organisation

just speaking on personal experience; I like the platform, I think it is great and has a ton of features for communities and chatting. but as far as being a developer on discord with bots and apps, their support is rubbish. been trying to get a verified bot transferred from a developer team where the owner account has been deleted. you would think ownership would automatically transfer to the only other user on the team, but no. they refuse to transfer team ownership or move the bot to another team.I've had many experiences with their support, both user and developer support. it's rarely a smooth and pleasant experience.
