disabling accounts & slow responses, i was appealing the account, but the account got deleted after like 20 days and i cant appeal anymore, i got disabled because i had to verify my age and they take so long to reply, also THEY did not confirm the verification, and this led my account to be gone, they always deleting your accounts, even if its their reason, you will get banned just because someone made a exploit to get you banned
I don't use voice channels on the mobile app because it's too loud. When somebody joins a voice channel, the notification sound hurts my ears. Idi0ts who made the Discord mobile app don't care. They keep the voice channel notification sound so loud that it hurts my ears. On top of that, the newer Discord mobile app versions don't let me see blocked messages anymore. Idi0ts who work at Discord don't care. So, I have to use the older Discord mobile app versions to see blocked messages. My phone has the latest updates and is a common product. All apps I use are working fine on it except for Discord. So, it's the Discord's company's fault for giving me an awful mobile app. I got tired of trying to contact Discord customer support service. It's awful, too. They give me ridiculous copy and paste responses with circular reasoning that does nothing to solve my problems. So, it's clear that Discord's shareholders are out of touch with reality when greed has clearly went to their heads.

Delightful tool, and ability to connect with communities - and that is where it stops. If you need anything from Discord.com outside of actually using the App, then they are not worth investing your time. They have atrocious support time. Letting wait time exceed longer than they should for account and billing tickets. Permitting themselves to take payments for accounts that have been compromised without word on handlingIf I am lucky to get suitable support, then of course, I will review my current experience.

moderation is lacking, and takes weeks, ticket system is also failing as they removed the option to make a ticket when there's a serious law being broken, instead they put report options in the app, however this fails dramatically as those reports never make it through and discord has been known to discard reports, it is common sense that mass false reporting a server or person can get them removed, however when there's a real report, no action is taken
