I am very pleased with the response from AllModern on a recent transaction. I placed an order for an item that I later decided to cancel. Without going into detail, the situation was a little out of the ordinary, so I called customer service. The initial response was not to my satisfaction. However, after further review, AllModern circled back and made good on the situation. I am thrilled to know that there are still some companies like AllModern who take the time to consider unique situations and then pivot to make things work out well for everybody. It's exactly the type of attention to detail, and to customer service, that I've come to expect from this fine company!
