You promise delivery between 1 or 2 days but I got my packet after one week. Due to my travel I got so stressed because of you. I wouldn't recommend to anyone order from this website

I have not shopped before from Ditur but they had a Citizen watch that I was looking for & also in stock & with a good price so I ordered it there.Delivery went quickly & everything was to my satisfaction.I needed to use their support for a clock function and they responded fairly quickly & I got help immediately.Honestly, it was an unusually positive experience with someone I did not know before.No, I'm not related to anyone on Ditur, I'm just happy customer😀

Very unprofessional and impudent support staff.Communicate in the local language with clients from other countries.Late email response and very unprofessional attitude.The guarantee is not realistic.The quality of the products is at the lowest levelI am very disappointed with the company and I regret that I even bought 4 watches and a set from Ditur.
