If you are reading this review, think twice and read this review before purchasing anything on Ditur.I made a mistake and purchased a watch on one of their promotions. The company sent me a watch after charging me 49 SEK delivery. After opening the package, The watch was completely broken and I tried to reach customer service hoping for a replacement. Then they kept telling me about offering me "Sharp Price for a new watch" to make it up for the broken watch. At the beginning I thought they are discussing a replacement offer until a week later that I personally called and realized that I have to send the broken watch back and get an offer on their watches that they marked up the prices (basically making me repeat my mistake one more time). Now I have to print their pre paid form, send the watch back and I am in their mercy to be able to get back : 1) the price of the watch 2) 49 SEK I paid for the delivery. Most importantly I wasted my time and energy and their customer support is so rude that made me stressed. I also paid for a phone call to Denmark and I have to pay for the phone bill. I write this so you don't repeat my mistake and the same time I don't think they deserve any customer trusting them with their money online.
I ordered a week ago, paid for fast delivery within 1-2 working days and still no one knows where is my package. Feedback about where it is, when I will get it, is very slow and inaccurate. Hope will get what I paid at the end but honestly I am not sure if I will be using your service again
