I ordered a bed and mattress and reached out beforehand to confirm a delivery within a week. I received a reassuring callback confirming they could meet my timeline. The delivery team sent multiple detailed emails regarding the date and time. Upon arrival, they placed the items in my chosen room and guided me on where to find the casters. I assembled the kingsize bed myself with clear, easy-to-follow instructions. The bed is fantastic, and my clients are very happy.
I received my delivery but am very dissatisfied. Considering it costs nearly £1000, I expected a minimum level of service. The subcontractors dropped five large packages in the corridor. Only after my insistence did they move the mattresses to the rooms (which wasn't much effort) and they left before I could inspect the items. I was left alone with large, wet packages blocking my corridor. To make matters worse, I found a tear in the fabric after struggling to unwrap the first base. I've initiated a complaint and a potential return for a refund. Let's see how this unfolds.

They promised to send the correct bed again, and I rearranged my entire day for it... only to receive the wrong bed once more! I emailed, wanting a refund to order elsewhere. I received a call, but they blamed everyone except the company for their mistakes on two occasions! I arranged for the incorrect bed to be picked up, and they agreed that a refund would follow, but now I've emailed and called with no response or refund. I'm being completely ignored! This is a ridiculous company!
No issues with delivery; it arrived on time. However, the bed quality was lacking— the headboard was damaged, and the base material was not secured well. The mattresses were fine. I emailed the company about the damage and was told to glue the headboard where it was ripped and add more staples to the base. I expressed that I didn’t pay for a damaged bed and eventually agreed to a replacement. Overall, not a great customer service experience.

The most important thing: the mattress is incredibly comfortable, and I’m thrilled with it. It’s a Crystal Zip and Link, highly recommended. Now for the negatives: the couriers were dreadful— they muddled my order, canceled it for no reason, and it was a hassle to get it fixed, with each person passing on responsibility. The bed wasn't delivered on the agreed date. There were also issues with missing parts and workmanship on the base, which made setup tricky after a long moving day. Overall, a fantastic mattress at a great price, but more attention to detail and complete parts would make the process smoother.
I ordered my divan on Friday, October 24th, and received it on October 28th. Everything was as ordered, and I am very satisfied. Delivery was at 2:30 pm. I was contacted by phone and received a text when they were 30 minutes away. Excellent service— polite, professional, and friendly. I will certainly use and recommend this company again. Thank you!
Ordering was straightforward, and communication was solid.
