They falsely advertise. I would give a 0. On the order page it says: "Just place where you've seen mice!"Then when I wanted to return the item because I was having more mice come out and also chewed on the pouch. They sent me an email saying: Existing Infestation: It’s possible that there were already mice living in your home before you started using the pouches. These products work best as a preventative measure, ideally placed before mice become a problem. So which is it. Also if you want to return the product, you have to pay for the shipping.
I had a full-on mosquito army invading my deck, and this product honestly saved us. It didn’t work overnight, but after a few days, the difference was huge, finally able to enjoy being outside again! Customer service was also super nice and patient with me (I had a million questions 😅).
Okay, so I don’t usually rave about mosquito repellents but Mosquito TNT is on another level. I live in mosquito central and it actually made a difference in my yard. We just hung the traps on the fence and within a couple of days mosquitoes were gone! Setup was super easy, and the bait didn’t smell awful like some others I’ve tried. This is 100% worth it. I’ll definitely be stocking up again.
A scam, money grab marketing company. My traps had flys and gnats but zero mosquitoes. I contacted the company and they did everything in their power to not honor their refund "guarantee". They give you the run around every time until you are timed out from the money back guarantee. The kits probably cost them $5 to make, but $60+ is the retail. They have a massive marketing budget. Some of the marketing videos actually show the traps being used in the wrong way, proving that this company is built on a scam, not legitimate. Hiring marketing people that don't even know how to use the traps correctly shows everything.
I’m sad to say that I haven’t even used the product yet. I hate leaving bad reviews and leave good reviews all the time for products I buy. First, I ordered the 3 month mosquito bait, but only received 2 months worth. Contacted customer services and they offer to send the missing packets. Instead, I receive the mouse deterrent. I had to contact customer service AGAIN and am still waiting for the mosquito bait but by now the mosquitos are all dead and gone until next year. It’s been over 2 months since I placed my order. Processing and shipping times are very slow, on top of incorrect order fulfillment….
