Di Vapor website made it so easy to identify the replacement valve required. This meant I didn’t need to hack off the tiles and replace the entire recessed mixing unit, then have to make good the wall afterwards.

A company that actually tries to help customers

I had an old unknown tap and could not find a replacement ceramic valve for it. I sent in a photo of the tap and valve and had an answer that afternoon. Although they did not have an exact replacement, the alternative they suggested fitted perfectly. Great customer service!

Our shower stopped working

Our shower stopped working, I found the parts I needed on the diagrams supplied and the thing I particularly liked is it told me they were in stock. I paid for next day delivery and it turned up within 24 hours of ordering it and the parts were fitted straight away and we all showered that night. Great service.
