I had a really positive experience buying my home through Dixons Estate Agents Birmingham. Ethan and Sophie were both incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. They were proactive and clear in liaising with the seller and the solicitors, keeping things moving and ensuring communication never dropped, which made what can be a stressful process feel far more manageable.Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to chase things when needed genuinely helped get the sale through smoothly. I would strongly advise to stay away from dixons/countrywide letting agents from managing a rental property. Especially the Warwickshire office as they would do everything in every opportunity to instruct their own contractors making false allegations of works required on the rental property to make money for themselves. They also hide their complaints procedures when contacted directly and asked about the process and their calls are not recorded so they make things up and completely disregard any instructions given by the landlords. Unfortunately complete professional crooks. They will put all sorts of barriers to raise a complaint and refrain from providing a final response to prevent escalation for their governing body to investigate.
I met Becca in Birmingham while I have put up for rent my house through Dixons estate agents. Becca was tasked to carry out viewing of interested people.The reason that I am writing this review is that I was impressed how well Becca did carry out the viewings and how professional she comes across especially in communicating with people.
Dixons Selly Oak was a stark contrast to what we experienced when we started our journey to sell our home. This company cannot even get the basics right took a week to get s floor plan done only for it to bear no resemblance to our house second floor plan took three days again no resemblance to our house then had the cheek to say it was our fault because we didn't check it disgraceful
Kings Heath branch. Can't fault them. Main dealings were with Amelia but also had contact with Emily and Amreen. Although I was the purchaser not the vendor Amelia couldn't do enough for me. Always on hand whether I called in the office or contacted by phone or email. Communication was brilliant. Sorted many issues out for me throughout the whole house purchase. All three of them were helpful and friendly.
