Wow - What an absolute incredible Lettings manager. I cannot thank him enough For his outstanding help from the start. Micheal marketing my property on Monday and had it let within 24hrs very impressive. Coming from an appalling Experience from another local estate agent (Black country homes) I was very anxious about how to move forward but Micheal reassured me And made me realised why they are good at what they do within their field. Michaels team are lucky to have him. Micheal went above and beyond to let my property his actions have shown this. The commutation with Dixons Is first class And they have made me feel at ease with what was a very stressful time. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Dixons To anyone in the area. Thank you
I will now tell you my experience regarding this agency. Husband and I moved in a property in 2020, I was pregnant back then with my first kid. 2 weeks after we moved, the boiler broke. We immediately contacted the agency and let them know, pleas note, a boiler broken is an urgent matter as we had no hot water or heating. They sent a dude that said that thing was older than his kid and he's shocked regarding the state it is in. Well the landlord then asked another guy to come and check it out, dude took 2 more weeks to come and fix it. I spent 3 weeks in total, pregnant and ready to pop, without heating and hot water. Had to boil water on the stove and wash myself like that. We said, whatever, after getting it finally fixed, we minded our own business and didn't bother them with anything else....even started fixing stuff ourselves because we knew we won't get a reply.Well a month ago, we reported rodents and a leak....a LEAK in one of the bedroom, which again please note it's an urgent matter. Reported both and we are still waiting for a reply. We all left the house to visit parents outside the country and surprise surprise when we came back the whole house was covered in rat/mouse poop and pee. During this time, I kept sending them emails regarding these issue....nothing....they only send back automated messages that "oh we tried to contact landlord" or "we are sorry landlord didn't answer, we'll keep you updated". Right.... When I called the guys on the phone was mocking me that "oh, you guys never seen a rat or had one in the house?". Really? You're telling me, that I should just accept the fact that there is a rodent going crazy in my house and made me throw good food because you couldn't get bothered to bring someone to kill it.... I won't even being the leak in the discussion, when something is labeled as "urgent" and you take over a month to fix that issue...that's not an urgent matter then. Please avoid this agency, they don't care about you as a tenant and won't help you out with the issues you have. They are very fast to send renewal contracts with 3-4 months before your tenancy contract expires and email you every day until you make up your mind and even call you, but won't do anything if you contact them with a problem.
I have been very happy with Dixons Lichfield. Marie has supported me and my husband with selling the house the whole way through. She was always there when I had a query and return my calls. When anything needed chasing she has done so. She was making sure that we have as many viewings as possible and when completion kept getting delayed, she ensured to be on the case and chase the chain. Thank you Marie. 😊
I was asked to provide proof of fund before even being able to view a property to buy. When I said I am not happy to do this before viewing the property as I am not sure if I want to place an offer on it yet, my viewing was cancelled. This is such a violation of privacy and lack of professionalism....

Terrible Service. As a landlord I paid for full management but all they did was rent collect & they didn’t do that well, leaving me in arrears. High staff turnover. Poor service level. Contractors they use botch repairs. They price the rent low to get tenants & their fee. I’d question whether the even meet the tenants. AVOID.
I have found that Dixsons are not honest when I tried to book a viewing for a property they added on Zoopla on the 10th of February 2022 I asked for a viewing at the same time the property was put on the market they said they will be in touch they will open the viewing next week but to my surprise they phoned me back on the 11th of February the next day and told me that property has been sold but they are still advertising the property for sale I think they are cheating there sellers by selling the property's to the people they know while receiving back handers and not allowing people to view in oder to keep the offers low for there private cliants I would no longer buy or sell a property with Dixsons nor would i use there services as a letting agent they are a very corrupt estate agency.
