Just for a heads up since it’s the holiday season. Their website is absolute trash and you have to make sure that you go in and actually DELETE any old address because if they are on your profile, even if you did not put them in for the shipping address, it will AutoCorrect when you check out to whatever old addresses you have.
The shirt aren’t flannel but 100%polyester it says on the label, Flannel is warm and soft. Tried to cancel the order right after I purchased the shirt and they completely ignored my email. Got the shirt from Germany but to return it I have to ship it to Holland, they won’t refund the first shipping cost and the return cost, better to try to sale the shirt on Vinted.
Dixon was great for quite a few years. But as of recent, they give you issues if you don't agree with their sizing, which has been very inconsistent. Even when you tell them, you need to change an item before shipping or processing has taken place, they will flat out tell you no and send the item anyway. And then refuse a return and or charge you for it, if they do accept it. It's a shame to see a company go downhill so fast, not only customer service or the lack of but the quality of the product has been driven into the ground.
I am a patriot and a veteran that enjoys the motorcycle culture and I like to support companies that support veterans. Dixxon had an awesome 40% off for Veterans Day and I tried for 5 hours to place an order following their protocol. Turns out it was a ploy to get you to pay full price. I wrote to them and showed proof with time stamped photos and they said sorry you couldn’t order within the time frame? 5 hours I tried! Unfortunately they will not be getting this veterans business any longer and others should think about it.I didn’t choose who to fight for in the military, it was for all Americans and not just certain times…Bad for business…
Ordered a flannel which I loved , a flannel turned up .They sent the wrong one and by the time I tried to order the flannel again it had sold out .Customer service says maybe next time keep an eye on release dates etc which I thought was very cheeky and condescending .I’ve been a dixxon customer for years and this happens.Now I can’t get the flannel I ordered as it’s sold out as it’s a special one off .Never have this trouble with violent gentlemen or other similar makes .
Worst customer service ever, I bought a flannel that was $59.99 and had a couple questions so I emailed their support about it and their reply was diabolical. Rude and not helpful at all. I will never buy from this company ever again. I do not recommend anyone to buy from this brand. Disgusting
We’ve been customers of Dixon Canada and Arizona for 5 years now. I love shoppers at the store in Tempe, but the online store leaves a lot to be desired. I recently went online to order the youth mctwist. It wasn’t available in the size I needed. I placed an order and purchased 2 shirts in youth sizes and one adult. Two hours later, the mctwist is now available in every size. My order hadn’t shipped yet, and I contacted customer service and asked to replace one of the shirts for the mctwist. I was told it couldn’t be done and that I could order the mctwist separately. S and S is free if you spend $150, otherwise, it’s $20.00 on a $40.00 shirt. I didn’t cancel my order and by the time I heard from customer service, it had now shipped. Returning the order is also at the customers expense. So, long story short, not happy with Dixxon customer service. I don’t need to shop through them, as it doesn’t sound like they need me either. Won’t be returning.
Ordered two flannels from this company. One came and it was completely defective. The snap was put on backwards making the shirt basically unusable. Unless you want to go around with one of the snaps unbuttoned because it's on backwards. The other shirt did not fit. Not even close. They asked me for photos of the defective shirt which I sent them. And a detailed description. I paid for the return shipping. They then charged me a return fee stating that because only one of the shirts was defective I was still responsible for the entire return fee. What was the point of me sending them photos of the defective item if they were going to charge me thrcreturn fee either way? I could have just returned the shirts and not wasted my time. And when I asked them that exact question I received a bullshit condescending email in response. So basically terrible customer service and terrible quality control. Plenty of other flannel companies out there that will actually listen to the customer and not give them shit when something is wrong.
