I really appreciate the convenience of having my clothes picked up, washed, dried, folded, and then delivered back to my hotel. The service is a little pricey, but it’s better than others I’ve tried and offers more overall value. Deliveries have always been timely, and the employees are consistently friendly and professional.My only complaint would be the delivery and pickup window. Since the cutoff time is 4:00 PM, it’s difficult for me to make changes or request an earlier time because I work from midnight to noon — so I’m usually asleep during the Rinse window. I also wish the hotel front desk would help by holding the bag for delivery and pickup, but they wouldn’t take responsibility for it, which was disappointing.That said, I’m very glad I found your company — it’s truly been a godsend. Thank you for the great service!
I have difficulties walking and carrying stuff. Rinse is the answer to everything I need to do my laundry. I used Rinse even when I was perfectly normal with my health, I was busy working and it was a relief not to spend my days off doing laundry. Now I’m old, live alone and have no help, but Rinse is still here for me; the pick up and delivery is always great and convenient. I appreciate the help I get from Rinse because I know my clothes are in good hands.
