Tried the pillow, it wasn't comfortable for either my husband or my daughter, who were both potential users. Could NOT find how to return it on the website. No contact info ANYWHERE. Fortunately I had an email from before I got it, when I was checking on estimated delivery. I have gone through FOUR rounds of AI customer service trying to get an RMA number so I can ship the stupid thing back. The product may be great for some people but the company itself is feeling super scammy. They say they are based in Irvine, California but they drop ship directly from China and they make it REALLY hard to get a refund.

EDS person here 🙃 nighttime joint nonsense is real. the modular setup helps a lot with keeping my shoulder and his hips supported when I side sleep. Took a few nights to figure out the best configuration but once I did it's been really helpful.
Was honestly skeptical because of the bad reviews, but mine came with snaps instead of velcro and it's been solid so far Biggest difference is my shoulder not drifting forward when I side sleep. Still have EDS sleep chaos sometimes, but way fewer wake-ups fixing pillows.
I found out about the module pillow from the ehlers-danlos society so I immediatly decided to buy it. I don't have eds myself but my life partner does and I always want to do more for them. Watching someone in pain is really uncomfortable for me so I figured it can't hurt. They like it and it seems like they are sleeping through the night which makes me really happy. Its only been a few weeks since we got it but I'm very happy with the results.
I bought the lubar chair thing at first and it helped my posture so I was already a happy camper with doctor trigger. I got an email recently about the modular pillow and I've had really bad acid refulx lately and have been dying for some relief at night. The acid is bad during the day too but really bad when I'm sleeping and wake up from pain in my throat. This pillow keeps me at the perfect angle that I'm not feeling burning in my chest and throat. It definitely takes getting used to but overall it works. This is my second positive experience with Dr. Trigger so I ignored some of the other reviews. Just as an FYI they did update the old design from velcro to buttons. I had to ask because there were a bunch of pissed off reviews.
$250 was kind of a shocking number at first but I rememberred my dad always telling me don't skimp on the things I use for comfort like shoes, mattresses, and seeing glasses so I wanted to not give into my cheapo brain while I was deciding to buy it. My logic was that if I get even 1 night of better sleep a week than It's more than worth it. Holy moly I'm so happy I got it because I's sleeping better every single night ! They sold out when I ordered it so it took some time to arrive but now that I've been using it for about 2 or 3 months and I's still sleeping well I have been recomending it to everyone.
It feels like I haven't slept in years. My EDS makes it impossible to sleep deeply for more than 10-30 minutes at a time. There was a moment I compltely lost all hope that I would sleep normally again. When I moved and went to a new clinic they suggested I try the modular pillow. They gave me a coupon code so I don't know if they get paid to recomend it or not so keep that in mind while youre making your decision to try it. I did read the other reviews and a bunch of them are not very positive but the 120 night refund was good enough for me to try it and the good reviews seemed life changing (actually). Having EDS is this wave of knowing youre being scammed paying almost $1000 or more on junky pillows and solutions and feeling so desperate youre actually willing to try anything so I was definitely hesitent. With all that being said here's the good the bad and the ugly. The good stuff (amazing stuff): I am sleeping longer and more frequenclty. I don't feel as much pain or fatigue. My mood has improved alot. The bad stuff: The head pillow is a but hard for me but I was able to just remove the head pillow module and use my normal head pillow and that was perfect gor me. The ugly stuff: It's ugly (hahah) but seriously who cares it makes managing my EDS just a little bit easier.
Sleeping with a cast on my arm was hell. I'd feel a sharp pain everytime I moved and I roll over pretty frequently while I sleep. I remember I was able to sleep alright when I was in hospital but when I got home it was excrutiating. This thing looks like a fluffly medical device and that's exactly why I bought it. The pillow system helped me tremendously while I was healing and I still use it sometimes when I feel my arm and joint flairing up.
