Review Time
I recently completed my payout process with Dominion Funding, and I’m genuinely impressed with how efficiently everything was handled.
I followed the required process exactly as outlined in their guidelines, submitted the requested documentation promptly, and ensured all verification steps were completed correctly. Once everything was in place, the payout was processed in under 48 hours, just as stated.
The process was clear, structured, and transparent. As long as you carefully follow the rules and provide accurate information, there are no unnecessary delays. Communication was straightforward, and I was kept informed throughout the process.
Overall, a smooth and professional experience. I would recommend Dominion Funding to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient payout process just make sure you follow the instructions properly, and things move quickly.
I purchased a DominionFunding challenge based on the public reputation and branding associated with Raja Banks and completed the evaluation.
My KYC was approved through their third-party provider, and I traded fully in compliance with the firm’s rules. No violations were raised at any stage.
When I requested a $4,083 payout (Account #107667), it was denied due to an AML screening result.
The screenshot shared with me showed multiple name matches labeled PL4, SIP, WARN, and SANC. All entries were marked “Unreviewed.” No confirmation was provided that any match shared my exact date of birth or identification number.
Despite multiple written requests, DominionFunding did not confirm:
• The specific sanctions database referenced
• Whether a verified identity match existed
• Any matching DOB or ID details
• The exact risk factor leading to denial
Instead, they issued a final decision and refunded only the challenge fee.
For clarity, I am not listed on any international sanctions database, and I am not involved in any AML investigation. I was fully willing to provide additional documentation, including my passport and proof of address.
Denying a payout based on an unreviewed name-based alert after successful KYC approval raises serious concerns about the payout review process.
I am sharing this experience so other traders can make informed decisions. I have all documentary proof if required.
The best propfirm and very transparent team. Payouts were done as promised and the a great platform by team led by Mr Raja. One suggestion i would like to propose is to remove the requirement minimum 4 profitable trades of 0.5% once you are funded.
Hey Dominion funding. I have purchased instant account. Got a payout. Almost took 3 days. But that might be because I requested payout on Saturday. So that's my bad. Also there was a little issue with getting my kyc verified. But after I raised the issue they instantly verified it. I know you guys are in your early stages. Soon I believe you'll be able resolve such small issues and be a very big funding company. I respect Raja as a trader and a man. Will continue my trading journey with Dominion funding .
The support experience was quite satisfactory. While the bot is helpful, interacting with a live agent is more effective. I faced an issue with my profit split certificate not being generated, but it was resolved promptly. Thank you!
I have been trading with a certain company and recently encountered an account breach due to a 'restricted news event.' However, the problem was that the restricted event was not clearly indicated in the Client Area when I was trading. The company’s own policy states:
'Not all red folder or high impact news are restricted. A calendar will show restricted events in the Client Area.' ✔ On December 9th, there was no visible warning or 'Restricted Event' label on my dashboard.
✔ I traded normally with one currency pair, yet my account was affected by an event related to another.
✔ I had five profitable days, just two days away from payout. I fully respect trading rules — but those rules must be transparent and communicated effectively. If the platform does not clearly display restricted events, it is unfair to penalize traders for lack of information. I requested a review, but the support team only provided generic responses and a discount code, rather than addressing the actual issue or offering proper clarification. This situation has made me question the fairness and credibility of the evaluation process. I hope the company takes this seriously and makes improvements in:
• Clear, visible warnings for restricted events
• Fair manual reviews when transparency is lacking
• Better support for loyal traders who adhere to the rules If my case is resolved fairly, I will gladly update this review. Update 9 December 2025
After voicing my concerns, the company reached out and granted me a free challenge account, which I appreciate as a goodwill gesture. I hope this reflects a genuine effort to enhance communication and fairness moving forward. I will continue to evaluate their service and will update this review based on how clearly restricted events are displayed in the platform during my new evaluation. For now, I remain cautiously optimistic that the company will improve and support traders with full transparency.
This prop firm is not very trader-friendly compared to others. It complicates news monitoring, making it easy to miss unrelated restricted news events. Other firms provide email reminders for such events, which helps traders stay informed. My experience after two failed accounts leads me to believe this firm prioritizes profit over client support. UPDATE: I received compensation from the support team, who acknowledged my feedback and are working on improving access to restricted news events.
I encountered an account failure due to a 'restricted news event,' which was not clearly marked in the Client Area during my trading. The company's policy states that not all high-impact news is restricted, yet I received no warning about the event affecting my account. I followed the rules but believe they should be communicated more transparently. After requesting a review, the support team provided generic responses instead of addressing my concerns. I hope the company improves its communication and support for traders.
My experience with this prop firm has been extremely negative. The hidden rules are unexpected and hinder effective risk management, such as not being able to close a position within the first minute. The limit on daily trades is also restrictive for many strategies. Additionally, the firm's practices contradict the teachings of its associated educators, which is misleading for traders. Overall, it feels overly restrictive and frustrating, and I cannot recommend this firm based on my experience.
