I have been with Doola for a year and coming from a non-US country and setting up a US based business, they made the process very simple. Their communication is efficient and made the complicated journey a breeze. I especially love their tax/bookkeeper services - they handle everything and it is worth every penny (which is not many! and another great bonus!)
I was completely clueless about starting my first business but doola was there to guide me step by step. They have fast responses as well as every service you need to open a business. Every worker is very helpful and friendly and makes opening a business very simple and easy.
Poor customer support. The contact support form on the site is broken, they do not respond to emails. I had to reach out to sales to get my issue resolved. I've used other companies for this in the past and there are much better options out there.
