Great price. Even though we are a c-corp fund which isn’t their target market they have been able to do our books. Sheetal did a great job as bookkeeper. When I had a complaint they were responsive. Improvements:- ask the client for feedback in a structured way, maybe monthly - DONT USE THE DEFAULT CHART OF ACCOUNTS. The default categorizations don’t make sense for every biz (in fact the default categorizations had duplicates like “food and travel” and “food&travel.” Part of the onboarding should be getting the chart of accounts from the client which they don’t do. Adding basic processes like Onboarding and Feedback would solve a lot of problems.
I have a good experience with Doola, the support is great and they have a friendly support. They help with registering your company and bookkeeping and you can see everything you need in your dashboard, which has a good overview. I recommend Doola.
