When I first saw them on Instagram I was saying oh my God these are so cute and I decided to order a pair The shipping was incredibly fast surprisingly when I ordered from them I was under the impression they were going to arrive by my birthday but when they told me that shipping might be delayed I was like okay not too bad I took them out today on a walk in Central Park to see how the shoes held up surprisingly they were extremely comfortable The only downside was as soon as I took them off and I noticed that the ribbon was fraying I had to sew them back up but luckily it wasn't too much to handle

saved up for a few months to get the ballet sneakers only for them to fall apart in multiple places after three months of normal everyday use. literally nothing crazy, just walking to and from the office. the elastic strap broke off from its inside sole, cheap satin is fraying, inner sole crumbling into dust with each step. the soles are also falling off. i emailed for repair suggestions and help and wasn’t given much, just a credit towards a future purchase that i won’t be making. this is the problem with dropshippers selling dupes rather than doing actual quality testing and product development. save your money for real simone rocha, or just get the same quality or better on aliexpress for the price they got these before markup.
Dropshippers, order came from China. Ordered Nicki business slippers for my wedding, they were very uncomfortable, not made properly for you to be able walk normally. Typical china product. wanted to return but if you live outside of US, you need to cover the return costs which would be around the same amount i paid for the shoes themselves… im so sad i did not check the reviews here before i ordered.
My order was received in a less than ideal condition but after reaching out, I was partially refunded.I ended up speaking with the owner who explained her circumstances and let me know she was diligently working on improving the quality output of her brand.I wish her the best of luck!
They are dropshippers. A lot of their shoes, especially the ballet sneakers you can find the same exact product on Aliexpress for a fraction of the price. They do not disclose this on their website and with NYC in the name, you'd think they were an American-based company, but when you order anything it ships from China.
I’ve been signed up for a restock in my size since April when I wanted to buy myself shoes for my birthday. I’ve emailed them multiple times wondering what was taking so long and in our last communication they finally said they won’t be restocking that style. I’ve been avoiding buying shoes for months because I’ve been waiting for this drop.
The shoes were absolutely adorable. I've been looking for a pair of dress, but not too "dressy" shoes, and I finally found exactly what I was looking for (even though I didn't know what I was looking for). I needed a different size, and they made the return process simple. I will definitely buy from them again.
Trouble with shipping but shoe is being replaced. I agree on statements of other reviews the quaility to price point aren’t good. I would save theyre dolls kill quaility at bridge designer prices which I’m not stoked on. This is my second pair the ballet boots and the first pair was the lace up ballet kitten heels which def have better quality and I have loved wearing.
