Review Time
This took 4 days to come even though it said next day or 2 days the best before date was the next day on most of the items they was all dry and stale they gave me 2 of the same cookie pies instead of one cookie one cookie pie I contacted the company who wouldn’t help me as my partner put all the items straight in the bin I paid £23 for these and am not getting help i sent as many pictures as I had (including them all in the bin) make sure if u have any issues keep all the food and packaging for pictures or you wont get anywhere or any money back they want pictures of EVERYTHING I only ordered as I’ve seen all the amazing reviews and videos I’ll be sticking to axels baked they are amazing and customer service is incredible
Thought I’d give them a go as I had been given a discount code, the items say free shipping but as soon as you enter your discount code they add shipping to the same cost of your discount basically cancelling it out. Bit of a scam and not very transparent if you ask me.

My wife and I love cookies we must have tried 100 different places in our lifetime and these are now number one on our list. We only discovered them a few weeks ago and we have already orderd twice. Delivery is next day using DPD. I can't fault them on anything. I can't belive they have any one star reviews on here whoever that is doesn't have taste buds. This is a must try
I ordered on the 24th of may and unfortunately my package was lost in transit once doughgirl had chased up from there end my parcel was quickly repacked and re sent out to me I recieved my cookies and cookie pie slices on saturday and wow was they worth the wait, gooey goodness in cookie and slice form, both kids and even the hubby who doesn't have a sweet tooth were impressed, my daughter is already choosing her next flavours and son is demanding we order more immediately, emails regarding my missing parcel were dealt with quickly and professionally
GET SOME!! I ordered the cookie pie box of 6 and arrived in a lovely box with another box inside which was even better! All individually wrapped with allergy info and use by dates etc. I haven't even tried them yet but how can you go wrong with a cookie pie? Service overall great I will definitely be ordering again once I loose the weight off these ones 🤣
