That's the most ridiculous platform I've ever seen.
1. They hold awards for 45 days when an employee receives multiple awards in a short period.
2. They ship the wrong items. I ordered a Samsung Watch7 44mm, and they sent me the 40mm.
3. They don't own their mistakes. They refunded the points I paid for the watch and gave me 200 complimentary points. They corrected the catalog item I ordered, listing it as 40mm. The 44mm now costs more, and they refuse to provide the points.

I have just redeemed my points that were allocated to me by my company British Airways with Workhuman. My total points at that time : 960.I purchased a Ring Pan-Tilt Cam Black worth 1860 points. That meant I had to pay the remaining points by Visa that’s 1860 - 960 = 900 points. This equates to £45.Therefore the Value of a single point - £45 divided by 900 points = 0.05 pence per point. Breakdown of payment to WorkHuman :My company points 960 960*.05 = £48 I paid 900 points. 900*.05 = £45 TOTAL COST = £93 Then compare this to the Ring Pan-Tilt Cam Black on AMAZON = £69.79.The difference in price is a staggering £23.21. This is a MSRP (manufacturers suggested retail price) of 21.58% in Workhuman’s favour. This is not a value for money company.

The company purport to help reward employees and keep them motivated. I was lucky enough to earn “Energize” points over 5 years, but as I’m being made redundant, decided to redeem my saved balance. Mostly there’s nothing I want or need, but I was excited to see that I could afford a Dyson vacuum cleaner with my points balance and ordered a V15 Detect model. I received a confirmation e-Mail saying it would ship in 1to 3 days. I told my family I would do all the vacuuming! However, today my order was cancelled and the price was more than doubled so that I can’t afford it with my points balance. The points price also went up overnight on the other model I was looking at yesterday, so I can’t afford that model either. The small print says they can cancel any order for any reason. I feel so disappointed and let down. They have said sorry but there’s “nothing we can do in this occasion” (direct quote: their e-mail uses “in” instead of “on”).If I had paid money rather than points, Workhuman probably would not have been within their rights to cancel the order and put the price up, after I had received a confirmation e-mail and been so looking forward to my parcel arriving!
