I purchased some boots with dream pairs(website)the same day that were delivered a place a return order because the boot where to big & long. They never got back with me in regards my return until I called. The representative was not to helpful could not understand clear because her background was too loud. This will be the first and last time I order from them they literally took away from my total almost $20! Because I have to pay for a return!!! This is crazy! I paid for shipping and that is not refundable either! Please don’t buy from this company.
Buyer beware! Poor quality control and customer service from Dreampairs. I ordered a pair of shoes on Oct. 19th, 2025. The pair of shoes that arrived were clearly used. Inside the shoe box it even had other clothing tags that did not belong to the shoes. I reached out to customer service and THEY offered a 100% refund and that I send the shoes back.
I sent the shoes back and was waiting for my 100% refund. I followed up with customer service to get an update on the refund. I was told to be patience and it was going to be dealt with soon. After following up with customer service yet again, they told me an exchange item for the shoes was being sent instead. This was NOT what we agreed on. Customer service did not acknowledge anything about the 100% refund and was extremely unhelpful. I reached out to customer service again and was told the only way they’d be able to help me and give the refund was if I return the shoes again! It’s not fair to make the client go out of their way for the merchants mistake! I returned the shoes again and no further updates after that. Finally only after did I reach out to customer service AGAIN the refund was issued..a month later!
Due to their poor quality control from the start and even worse customer service, I will never buy or recommend buying from Dreampairs anywhere they are sold.
Caution advised! The quality control and customer support from the company were disappointing. I ordered a pair of shoes on October 19, 2025, but received a clearly used pair. After returning them, I awaited my refund and followed up only to be told to be patient. After multiple follow-ups, I was informed an exchange was being processed instead of my refund. This was not our agreement. The support team ignored the refund issue and was unhelpful. When I reached out again, they insisted I return the shoes once more to receive my refund. It feels unfair to make customers go through extra steps for the seller's errors! I returned the shoes again, and after no updates, I finally received my refund a month later only after contacting support again. Due to their poor quality control and even worse customer service, I will not recommend this company.
Update: The company is attempting to process a refund to an expired card. Despite my repeated requests to refund my active card or PayPal, they have made no effort to do so. It's frustrating how difficult it is for them to refund the correct card. They know that refunding an expired card will simply return the funds to them. I ordered two pairs of shoes and received defective items. After reaching out for a refund, I received no response for weeks. They claimed my refund was processed, but it never happened.
I've now purchased six pairs of ladies' sandals from the company. I've worn some throughout the summer, and they have proven to be comfortable and dependable. Excellent value for money! They arrived quickly, and I plan to continue purchasing more as needed. Thank you!
If I could rate lower, I would. The comfort of these heels is terrible. I wear a size 6.5, and after a few hours, they stretched to a 7.5. I tried using toe fillers and no-slip guards, but nothing worked. They are the worst fitting and most painful shoes I've ever encountered.
What a fantastic find! I discovered these shoes on a platform, and they were significantly cheaper than on the company's website. They were delivered just three days after ordering from a local warehouse. They are so lightweight, it feels like wearing soft slippers! An amazing alternative to much pricier options. I bought two pairs: pointed black flats and two-tone flat Mary Janes. There’s ample space for my toes, and they are very flexible and soft. Simple yet elegant, perfect for work, school, or casual wear. I hope they last a long time!
I ordered three pairs of shoes but only received one. I had to file a claim for a refund through a payment service. They asked me to withdraw the claim, promising a refund, but I advise against dropping any claims before receiving a refund as it forfeits your rights. We didn’t withdraw the claim, and eventually, they refunded us. They attempted to take advantage of us but ultimately did not succeed. Proceed with caution when dealing with this company.
