I have ordered two jackets and a watch, it has been two months and I have not received anything. I have sent about 20 emails and have not received any response. I had shopped there before with success, but it seems to be a scam now.
ORDER #2240 Terrible experience. Ordered on November 3rd and still haven't received anything. The watch shipped on December 18th and appears to have been delivered to the U.S.A. instead of Italy. This is now my fourth attempt to contact your team — including through email and WhatsApp — but I have not received any reply so far.This lack of communication is very disappointing and unprofessional. My watch was delivered to an address in Colorado even though the delivery address was Sweden. I can't get in touch with customer service to get help with the matter. It has soon gone two more weeks since their reply and they have still not informed me about a new trackingnumber for my order.
My order never arrived. It took almost two weeks just to get a tracking number. When it finally showed up, USPS said the package was delivered to an address in Colorado but delivery address was Texas.Resolution occurred after two months apparently due to shipping partner issues. 29 days ago I placed an order for a watch and I was told it will take 2-3 to get it shipped. Nothing got shipped, seller was contacted via WhatsApp and via their website but there was no clear response. On their website it says that my watch got shipped, but in reality they just create a tracking number without actually shipping anything. It's in pre-shipment status. It feels like all these positive reviews here are part of thesame scam.
Team finally sent my order after initially losing the package. I'm willing to give them two stars for that alone. Unfortunately, upon receiving the package they only sent me one watch and I had ordered two. They completely didn't send the patek 5102 starry night that was ordered. They also refuse to respond to any emails.
