Avoid this website - I've exchanged numerous emails trying to get a refund for the money they charged to my credit card. Be cautious of the pop-up during checkout; it advertised a 40% discount, but instead, it added another order of the same dress at a 40% discount. Now I have two identical dresses of poor quality, without tags, and I'm forced to cover the return shipping to China to attempt to get a refund.
As a first-time buyer and commenter, I felt compelled to praise the quality of both the fabric and service. I didn’t receive a confirmation email after my purchase. When I reached out to the support team, they clarified that I had only provided a phone number during my order. They promptly sent me my tracking link, and I was able to monitor updates until arrival. They were very helpful, and I’m already receiving compliments on my outfit. Thank you!
