I would not buy from this store the dress I bought did not fit. They offered a 10% refund of the purchase price or a 50% store credit and I can keep the item. What a joke why would you keep the item if it does not fit. There is no customer service.
Multiple dresses arrived and they are all nothing like the photos. Terrible quality, with obvious faults and got the run around with refunding it, after multiple requests was offered to return at my cost to a Chinese dropshipper where it may or may not arrive. Do not buy from here, shein / temu like products with a huge markup.
Wish I had checked the reviews before I purchased. Dress arrived and nothing like the photos. Mucked around by Tin with refund and return at my cost to China where it may or may not arrive ?? for a Qld based company. I don’t think so.
I had a terrible experience, same as Sally. Says it’s an Australian company, it’s not. I ordered a cocktail dress. They would not confirm sizing of dress from website picture. I got an item shipped directly from China which did not match the picture on their website and the quality was very poor and unwearable. I wanted to return the item but company started bartering with me offering 10% refund, then 20% . Finally they supplied the returns information: return to China at customer expense but was warned that package probably won't go through Chinese customs successfully and there is a high chance of the package not being delivered anyway. That meant that as the package was not received so they would not be able to return my money. This company, with an ABN is just a front and won’t give back a refund. I would highly recommend avoiding Drift and Tide, even though they have a very professional looking website with an address in Queensland. Do not buy from them. Scammers.
