My experience at Driftandtide was nothing but exceptional. I was greeted by a young fellow ( who's name I missed) who provided fantastic customer service the entire visit to the store. Excellent display of products highly recommend to anyone looking for great products and fantastic customer service
I wish I had read the reviews on the company before I ordered! My dress came within 4 weeks which was fine but threw it straight in the bin as the quality was awful! Did not look at all like the photos. Similar quality fabric to what you would see on a kids Halloween costume. Don’t order form this company!
Avoid this company at all costs BUYER BEWARE. SCAM SHOPPING SITE. Claims to be an Australian store but is actually a Chinese company. Clothing is inferior and returns process is complicated. I ordered swimwear which was not as advertised. Completely different fit. When a refund was requested I was offered a 10% refund or 25%of item cost store credit. When I again requested a full refund, I was offered a 20% refund or 75% of item cost store credit. Again when I requested a refund I was told I would have to send the items back to china at my expense and hope the item arrived. I was then offered a 30% refund or 100% of item cost store credit. I am sorry I had not read the reviews online prior to my purchase as if I had I would not have purchased from this company. I highly doubt that the recent 4 star reviews are true reviews
Avoid Drift and Tide. They claim to be an Australian company in Queensland, but they are not. I ordered a cocktail dress that looked nothing like the photos, and it is so poorly made and ill-fitting that it is unwearable. When I requested a return, the company engaged in bullying negotiations—first offering a 10%, then 20% refund—before instructing me to send the item back to China at my own expense, warning it might not even clear customs.When I questioned why the return process was so difficult, particularly given their advertised 30-day easy return policy, and why I couldn’t return the item to the Queensland address listed on their website, all communication stopped. This company’s website is a front; the clothes are poor quality, do not match the description, and they have no intention of honoring refunds. Do not buy from them.
Don't order through this website - I've gone back and forth with about 20 emails trying to get them to refund money they took off my credit card. Beware of pop up - I was checking out an order, and it had a pop up saying 40% discount but what they actually did was add another order of the same dress at 40% off. So now I have two dresses the same, poor quality, no tags or anything and have to pay to return to China to try and get a refund.
