I placed an order for 2 pairs of sneakers but unfortunately one of the pairs ended up being sold out before my order processed. I was given the chance to pick something else but wasn't able to do that so I was refunded without having to ask, ior worse fight, with anyone to get that done. They were proactive the whole time in helping me which I appreciated. The pair I did get tho were fire!!
