Many people complain about the cost of individual bags or subscriptions. I understand, but the coffee arrives when promised, is fresh, and matches well with my flavor preferences. It is chance to try different coffees and the variety is greater than that available from my local roasters
I didn't think it was a big deal to keep my subscription with Trade Coffee, so I canceled it and went back to buying coffee at the store. Big mistake. Huge.I didn't even finish the store-bought coffee. I went back to the Trade Coffee. The taste is significant, something I didn't realize until I left Trade Coffee. Their freshness beats out any store-bought coffee I've purchased. Their subscription is very easy to use. My deliveries come pretty quickly. I love their products.

I love that it's new coffee to try from small businesses, they match my flavor profile I set up on my account, and I am able to customize my selections if I feel the need. PS - I really like the personal messages on my coffee bags, it feels personal and like my order is appreciated :)
Trade coffee offers a wide variety of coffees from many different independent roasters. I use a French press coffee maker, so need a coarse grind. I had some problems getting coarse, so just switched to getting whole bean coffee that I grind myself.Trade's customer service area is very responsive.
