Review Time
I don't use their subscription service; just several bags at a time when not travelling. Over several years and until recently, I found it simple to place an order, and I never waited more than two weeks (hey, the coffee is almost always roasted that week, can't complain).BUT they now changed the order page -- it is a mess. My favirite list has disappeared, ordering is very wonky, Can't figure out order w/out subscribing. Looks like I'm gojng elsewhere to order coffee.
Delivery was cancelled due to cancelled roast (second occurrence). Trade placed an order for a new coffee on the original date of delivery. They sent it ground mail instead of speeding up the deliverer which was frustrating given the coffee ended up coming 7 days past due with a 2 bag/1.5 week subscription. I like the selection of coffee but as far as customer support/satisfaction - Pretty disappointing.
