I like that Trade can use my preferences to give me a rotation of solid coffee that I enjoy. I have never had an issue with them, and if USPS causes delivery issues, Trade give me no hassle resolution.

Used to be Great

Been a subscriber for 5 or more years. At first, most every coffee received was pretty good, nice big bags, etc. Bags are getting TINY, but prices aren't less, that's for sure. So they are just about pricing themselves out. I keep getting funky coffees that I repeatedly rate as do NOT like, but the same flavor of coffee keeps a-coming. Have been debating canceling subscription. Probably just a matter of time.
