Fantastic experience from ordering to delivery. We had a large wardrobe, a double wardrobe, and a chest of drawers delivered and assembled with absolutely no mess left behind. I will be returning after the new year for more items.
Arrived as scheduled, carried the cabinets in with no fuss, placed them perfectly, and took away the rubbish—all in about 15 minutes. The cabinets are lovely, and I'm very pleased with my purchase. Thank you for all your assistance; absolutely a great company to deal with.
The large table was excellent, and the customer service and delivery communication were good. Assembly was worth the extra cost. I couldn’t add assembly to my online order, so I had to email to arrange it, but it was definitely worth the extra £75 since I wouldn't have been able to assemble it as well or as quickly myself. They should make this option clearer.

For online orders outside our local area, we use experienced national couriers that provides a two man delivery service to the room of choice with options for assembly and removal & recycling of the packaging, so you can sit back, relax with nothing to do except admire your new furniture. We also have a returns policy should you decide not to keep any of the items.

Other causes that Oak Furniture UK were pleased to sponsor, are our local junior football teams, and junior rugby teams providing them with full strips, and for the past eight years we have been proud to support Circus Star who are a charity organization that raise funds to send disadvantage children to the circus who would normally not get the chance to do so.
