If I could give it a zero rating I would.
Ordered a pair of shoes that took six weeks to arrive and then had to go to the post office to pay another $10.00 to get them because of fraudulent postage. The shoes are nothing like depicted in the ad and they smell horribly like burnt plastic.

It was cheaper to just throw the 2nd pair away! I purchased 2 pairs. ANY SHOE that you think is leather, it IS NOT! I purchased some “Mary Jane’s” that cross over top of foot, I took just one step the Velcro fastener came undone, the bottoms are a thick hard rubber that does not bend or conform to your foot as advertised, they do NOT bend! Ugly UGLY shoe, I just threw them in the trash instead of going through even STARTING with customer service to get them back to China! I also ordered some cotton “sail cloth” embroidered clogs that are awesome, I love them! The embroidery is real and not painted on (to my relief) it took about 3 weeks for my order, but I know I’ll NEVER get my money back on the other pair, so I just trashed them! I’d suggest not shopping here as your chances of not liking them is pretty high!
This company uses pictures of other companies quality products and posts them to advertise their cheap imitations. In my case they were shoes. They are mailed from China to a distribution center in the US. Their web site offers full refunds. Wellll, not so,, they offered a 10% refund. I refused, they offered a 20% refund, I refused. So they said ship to China. Unaffordable. Might as well throw the shoes in the trash. $77 down the drain. Never again. I would give them a -10 if I could save someone else the pain.
This is a horrible company. The shoes didn't fit and it took several emails to get a response and then they told me they would give me only 10% of my money back. I said no and then they said 20%. I will be putting in a claim and writing the Better Business Bureau. Do not do business with the company!!
This company is a SCAN… using the old“Bait and Switch” con. The shoes are CHEAP vinyl NOT LEATHER as advertised…I am disputing the charge now through my credit card company and they are begging me to cancel the dispute and then they will refund my $$. I don’t trust them to do this. BUYER BEWARE WHEN DEALING WITH THISHORRIBLE COMPANY…!!!
