Do not buy products do not appear as advertised.Ordered a dress that was delivered as a completely different type of fabric and construction than was shown on the site. In addition the dress they sent me a dress that was sheer and had no lining so it isn’t even wearable. Their only solution was a 20% discount towards a future purchase. This site is a scam do not spend a dime here.
The item I bought is not satisfaying. In their site they say "if you are not satisfied with our products we will issue a full refund, not question asked" but, in fact, they do a lot of questions : Dear buyer, for what reason do you need to return the product and we can provide you with a solution and best wishes Dear buyer, please kindly provide the photos of the actual receipt of the object, the sku label on the physical bag, the photo of the sheet, the order information page of your purchase, and the screenshot of your paid page. Ordered 'EDC Pocket Utility Knife with 10 Pcs of No. 24 Replaceable Blades' on 17/06/2023. Then read reviews and was immediately sceptical I would ever receive anything. I emailed on 21/06 as hadn't heard from them and received an email stating it had been dispatched and provided tracking details. Tracking was updated periodically so it genuinely looked like I had been sent something although I was still sceptical it was actually what I ordered. Eventually arrived by Evri courier on 04/07/2023 - 17 days after placing the order. I was then pleasantly surprised that I received exactly what I ordered. Quality is excellent. Very happy with the purchase.
