I ordered a couple of pairs of mules for my wife because she saw them on facebook. The mules don’t fit and even though they say they have a 30 day no questions asked return policy, when I tried to invoke it, they said they would give me a discount code because it cost too much to send them back.Update: DritNow replied saying that I should contact their customer support email and they would “take care of everything.” I had already done this and got nothing. Then I get an email saying that they will give me a 10% refund. I refused it.
Ordered Christmas Coffee Cups on Nov 22 2024 it is now Jan 3 2025 and still haven't received them. they didn't provide shipping information with numerous requests to do so. No I have to contact my credit card company to get them to reverse charges. my recommendation is don't buy anything from them
I ordered Women's Massage Wedge Mules on 8/28/24 but didn't receive my order until 10/3. I ordered a size larger (9) based on other customer comments. I tried them on & they were too small. I wore them inside my house for a few hours & they aggravated my plantar fasciitis. When I contacted their customer support, their response "Dear buyer, as we are an international trader, the freight for returning the product needs to be borne by the buyer, which is very expensive, so we can apply for a discount code for you, and you can continue to keep the product, do you think it is OK? " When I responded that I can't wear them & would like a refund, I received this response: "Dear buyer, we are very sorry that our products are not satisfactory to you, we can provide you with a 20% discount code as compensation, hope you can forgive us, best wishes." Not acceptable! I will never by products produced overseas - China~. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM DRITNOW.COM!
This is a fake and likely scam site. AMEX immediately shutdown my Card, and they are using multiple company names: "WILDVOY", "ECOSUSIINC", DRITNOW.DONT ORDER ANYTHING! IF YOU HAVE ALREADY ORDERED, CONTACT YOUR CC COMPANY AND CANCEL THE CARD.
Dirtnow billed my credit card for something I had not purchased. I had never heard of Dirtnow until they showed up on my credit card statement. I see others on this site complaining about the same thing. It appears that this outfit has purchased credit card numbers from the dark web and is hitting people with charges for things they know nothing about. Credit card companies should not accept any charges from them.
I ordered 'semi cured gel nail strips' that are supposed to harden under a UV or LED lamp. Well - they do not! They stay soft and are much thinner than in the product video, they aren't made of gel and don't even stick to the nail. They're just cheap stickers. The seller offered me a discount code and offered me to keep the product, how generous. After I made clear that won't work for me, they didn't respond anymore. I'm currently trying to get my money back via paypal claim, so that hopefully works out.
