We ordered 7 of the bullet mugs on…

We ordered 7 of the bullet mugs on 10/26/23. On 11/27 we received 3 of them. Emails don't get answered. We paid for shipping insurance but don't know where or how to file a claim. This outfit is the worst.

Ordered two items on 10/29/23. 3 weeks later, no sign of actual shipment. Tracking # was created by Dritnow 2 weeks after order was placed in Jamaca NY. I live in upstate NY. They must be using a walker to deliver there items. Shipping time SUCKS! Thats if I even get what was orderd.

The desciption in the web was not clear to allow me to understand that this product were not fitting to European banknotes.Simply useless and when asking the refung, they offered me 10% or asking to send them back to China .
