3.5 hours to get my car on arrival two tube trains, then a bus that stopped at every hotel before I got to the desk, with one person working, the couple in front of me also waited 3.5 hours. Dropping off I asked where is the pick up point front of the hotel i was told 45 mins waiting I went back to the office saying I'm going to miss my flight where is the bus oh we don't go to terminal 4 you got to get another bus or a taxi now you owe me £14 in Uber ?
I would got for None stars if i could ..First of all Customer contact not existing ..Our flight has been delayed for over 2 hours so we would arrive after they working hours, i've tried to call them on the number provided on my booking that was supposed to get us free shuttle bus .. well 9 calls later i stopped trying.. I've send a message also no answer, i didn't had any chance but to message booking asking for a full refund.. well guess what even booking can't contact them .. Just don't .. better pay a bit more quids for your stress free travel.
