I have just booked a hire car with James Morris at the Huddersfield branch who has been very helpful and answered all the questions I had! So far great experience, yet to collect the car but hopefully the rest of the experience will be as positive as the first interaction.
I was extremely well served by Gareth at Liverpool airport Drivalia facilities.My Lady has a back injury and Gareth went the extra mile to ensure I would have a vehicle providing the best comfort for her back.And it is not the first time Gareth surprises me with his excellent costumer service, e. g when I told hin I was considering a long motorway journey he made sure I would get a model more suitable for the Motorway.5 stars because there are no more.
Terrible attitude and service from this company. Tried to charge triple the price when I arrived to pick the car up and refused to give me a car at the agreed cost. Would strongly recommend staying away from them. The bad apple of the bunch. They are nowhere near the airport either. Ended up using Europcar at the airport who were very helpful and honest.
