Review Time
This was my second time renting from this service. The first was with a van, and I came back because I needed a car on short notice. I have no complaints at all. The process was quick, easy, and straightforward, especially since I uploaded everything at home before the booking. All I needed to do was go in, sign, and receive the keys. Keep up the excellent work!
The most frustrating experience I've ever had.. I would advise against renting a vehicle from this service. It took me three hours to receive a car, and when I finally did, it wasn't the one I had requested. Since then, they have deducted over £500 from my account, and I feel helpless in trying to recover that amount. This feels like a major scam! Avoid renting from this service...
It seems the staff rarely arrive on time. The car I was supposed to pick up at 8:30 was unavailable, and another customer had been waiting since 8:00. The team arrived around 8:40 and took until 9:00 to start up their systems. This was disappointing, as I have had positive experiences before. A simple solution would be for the team to arrive on time, even if they don't expect bookings early. I usually support this service, thanks.
Made a booking for my partner to make it easier for her to just go there and pick up a car. When she arrived she was told she couldn’t have the car for the price that was reserved even tho it was all booked and had a booking reference. The guy who served her ended up making her pay 4-5 times the original booking. I have since sent half a dozen emails to various emails accounts they have only to get no where with my issue. Only had a response from the long term lease which they gave me the email to send I to which I have but still had no response and waiting. Time of writing this review it’s been a good month. Very poor service and customer care. Will avoid in the future!
