Terrible. One star is way too many. In the 2 hours I spent trying to get a car (and failing and having to rebook with another car rental company) 2 other couples were also turned away from their booking for ridiculously small reasons.I wouldn't book with these people if you paid me to take the car.Essentially a scam.

Hidden £1500 to be blocked out on a physical credit card. E wallet no use for this. I didnt have one with me so I got charged an extra £100 for full insurance This would have been £60 if I had done it at the time of booking.
